prenatal & postanal yoga

Prenatal yoga will help you keep your energy levels up and stress down. Private or semi-private in-home or virtual Zoom sessions will help you keep all the right muscles strong for carrying baby and for the best delivery possible. Find connection to the self & with your baby through the power of the yogic breath.

Dads and partners are welcome too — we will teach them how to support Mom, share the yoga experience, and do some partnered work and basic massage. If you have a friend, sister, or partner who wants to do the yoga with you, everyone is welcome!

YOUR FIRST SESSION IS JUST $49!

Your postnatal body still has a lot of healing to do, and the relaxin hormone is still in your system, which makes your joints a little unstable. All new moms need to approach their yoga and postnatal fitness very carefully. We can help you feel better, get your strength back, and find bliss in your healing process, all on a schedule that makes sense for you.

We will come to you where you live, making it easy to get your yoga practice locked into your chaotic schedule -- between feedings, naps, your work, and bath time. We will help you feel better, stronger, and yes, a little pampered, because every mom deserves and needs time to herself, and yoga should be the gift you give yourself for taking such good care of your growing family.

Postnatal yoga can help alleviate issues including:

  • fatigue

  • shoulder and back pain

  • abdominal and pelvic floor weakness

  • sleep deprivation

  • hormonal shifts

  • pain issues associated with carrying and caring for your newborn

YOUR FIRST SESSION IS JUST $49!

“Sarah is an incredible prenatal yoga instructor. In addition to explaining the benefits of yoga during this transformative time for a woman, Sarah also shares her firsthand experience as a mother. Her words of encouragement and soothing touch are much appreciated. As a yoga beginner and an upcoming new mom, I am thrilled to be working with Sarah on my yoga technique and my preparation for motherhood. My husband Corey joins us for most sessions and Sarah shows him how to support me through my pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Corey enjoys the yoga as much as I do and it is a great stress reliever for him.”
