I’ve been teaching yoga for over 3 decades & have studied under some of the greatest yoga masters in the world including Rodney Yee, Bikram Choudhury, Baron Baptiste, Richard Freeman, John Friend, Deb Flashenberg, Lois Nesbitt, and Sandra Sommerfield-Kozak. My teaching techniques and school curriculum emphasize safe practice, meticulous alignment, modifications for everyBODY, and the wisdom of the Sutras.

In 1997, I opened the first-ever Manhattan Hot Yoga studio, Yoga Connection TBC, where I stayed for seven years.

FlorYoga now teaches on-site Yoga for groups and private clients and still runs many Corporate on-site Yoga programs in Jersey City and NYC. Since 2005, we have been offering Yoga Alliance-accredited Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, graduating over 500 teachers into the Yoga world.
